Our history
ALCAPA BUILDER was born from a personal adventure lived by Geoffrey Malherbe, CEO and founder.
His idea: Offer the possibility to the consummers to have quick quote, a fair price, with reliable craftsmen, for all habitat renovation works. A compagny was born.

In 2013, M. Malherbe holds a master's degree II by a large business school, MBA executive Sup de Co Montpellier created the society ALCAPA INVEST.
Then in 2016, the society ALCAPA FORMATION real estate join the group..
In 2018, companies ALCAPA GESTION (Suchet) et ALCAPA BUILDER are created.
During these years, in just five years, the ALCAPA group develops strongly in France.
In novembre 2019, Alcapa Builder changes his visual identity, and modernises his image. The company offers support throughout the construction site, projet management assistance, and a turnkey solution for complex work projects.
